By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: recognize and name common animals in English (e.g., cat, dog, elephant, lion) classify animals according to their habitats (e.g., farm animals, wild animals, sea animals) describe animals using simple adjectives (e.g., big, small, fast, slow) understand and respond to simple questions about animals (e.g., “What animal is this?”, “Where does it live?”) use basic sentence structures to talk about animals (e.g., “It is a lion.” / “It lives in the forest.”)
