About Course

Aims and Objectives for the class:

At the end of the lessons, students will be able to:

  • identify and name common clothing items such as T-shirts, jeans, dresses, shoes, and jackets, and use them in simple structures like “It is a…” and “These are…”.
  • describe clothing items using basic colors and simple patterns, and combine clothing vocabulary with adjectives to form sentences such as “It is a red dress” or “He is wearing a blue shirt”.
  • identify common accessories and categorize clothing according to seasons and weather conditions, by using simple expressions such as “I wear a coat in winter” and “She wears sunglasses in summer”.
  • integrate all learned vocabulary and structures to describe their favourite outfit, select appropriate clothing items and accessories.

 

Instructor Note: 

This class is designed in line with the CEFR A1 level descriptors.

It focuses on high-frequency vocabulary and simple grammatical structures such as basic noun phrases and “This is/These are” forms. Learners are expected to recognize, understand, and produce simple sentences related to clothing, colors, and everyday descriptions with strong visual and guided support.
