About Course

Course Aim

The primary aim of this course is to introduce 5.th-grade young learners to basic town buildings and simple prepositions of place in English. By engaging with interactive, media-rich tasks, students will develop the essential vocabulary and language structures needed to identify locations in a city and understand simple directions, thereby enhancing their language autonomy and communication skills in daily contexts. 

Target Outcomes

 Learners will be able to accurately name urban landmarks (e.g., school, bakery, hospital), describe spatial relationships between locations on a city map using key prepositions, and follow simple direction phrases (e.g., turn left, go straight) to navigate a simulated town environment.
