About Course

Welcome to “The Midnight Mystery”! This interactive course is designed for B1 (Intermediate) level high school students. The primary aim of this course is to improve learners’ grammar accuracy and reading comprehension skills by engaging them in a fun, true-crime mystery scenario. Students will step into the shoes of a detective to analyze suspects’ alibis, examine crime scene clues, and solve the case of the missing Midnight Ruby.

 

Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Accurately distinguish and use the Past Continuous and Simple Past tenses to describe interrupted past actions and specific events.
