About Course

Welcome to the B1 level “Travel & Experiences” interactive English module! This course is designed to improve your vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening skills through real-life travel scenarios. Consisting of four main lessons and one assessment quiz, this program will help you express yourself much more comfortably when traveling abroad or sharing your memories.

Course Content

4 Lessons • 1 Quiz

Lesson 1: Vocabulary
In this lesson, students are introduced to foundational travel vocabulary necessary for navigating airports and hotels. Through interactive dialog cards and visual drag-and-drop exercises, learners will memorize and contextualize essential terms such as itinerary, accommodation, and boarding pass, preparing them for real-world travel situations.

Lesson 2: Grammar (Present Perfect vs. Past Simple)
This lesson clarifies the distinction between the Present Perfect and Past Simple tenses. Students will learn how to correctly discuss their general life experiences versus specific past events. Through interactive presentations, gap-fill stories, and multiple-choice questions, learners will practice applying these grammar rules to talk about their travel history accurately.

Lesson 3: Reading and Comprehension (A Backpacker’s Diary)
This lesson focuses on developing reading comprehension skills by analyzing a short text about a backpacker's journey. Students will practice scanning for specific information, understanding the general context, and identifying key time expressions. The interactive text format tests their understanding through true/false and multiple-choice questions.

Lesson 4: Listening and Production (Booking a Flight)
Designed to enhance practical communication skills, this lesson immerses students in everyday auditory travel scenarios. Learners will listen to an airport announcement or a flight-booking dialogue, answering questions to test their listening comprehension. Additionally, they will use voice recognition tools to practice pronouncing key phrases needed to book tickets and ask for prices.
